Love everything about this runner especially that it is washable
This runner looks awesome in our hallway. The colors are just what I wanted, perfectly muted reddish tones.
I am very happy with this purchase. The color was exactly like in the website. It gives my kitchen so much character. Would definitely buy again.
The rug itself is a nice material and I like the design, but it seems like we got one with some flaws. Disappointed that the the lines aren’t straight.

Couldn't have picked a better rug for my kitchen!
No one will get back in touch with me. I received a defective rug. One side shorter than the other and many pulled threads/gaps in threading. I have emailed countless times.

Love this runner, I have matching rug as well. Just make sure you order nonslip mats as well. They will be all over the place without them
It’s a beautiful, vibrant rug to begin with. I would not put it in the washer though. Mine looked faded and tattered after one wash. Just hose it off outside or use a rug cleaner instead. I have a front loader and used delicate cycle fyi.
I had no problem with the rug, colors didn’t work for me. I have been trying to return the rug but cannot get a response from the company other then to send request to returns@therugcollective.com which I have done several times, still waiting for response after eight days. They provide no phone number to call, now going to CC company to dispute charge.
