I want to exchange my rug, what do I do?

If you are in the U.S., we do offer free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your purchase. At this moment, we do not offer free exchanges for those residing outside of the U.S. 

Please take note of the following:

We do accept returns only if they were received within the last 30 days and are in brand new condition. This means that:

  • The items have not been used or assembled
  • The items are not damaged
  • The items have not been washed or laundered
  • The items should not have pet fur or any dirt on them

Exchanges can only be made once. Exchanges of an already exchanged item are not allowed.

Discounts, sales and promo codes cannot be used when exchanging an item. You will receive a credit for the amount you paid. For example, if you paid $179 for a rug, you will receive a credit note for the amount of $179 to use towards your exchange. 

If the item you have chosen to exchange your item for is less than the original purchase, you will receive a refund of the difference. If the item you’re exchanging for costs more than your original purchase, you will be charged for the difference.

Exchange credits cannot be saved or stored for another time. They must be used at the time that you are sending your rug back.
