Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE ?

Shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days from dispatch.

Q: ARE DUTIES PAID?

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the order summary page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

Shipping to the US is free (with the exception of orders over $1000).
Shipping to Canada is calculated at the checkout.

Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 48 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfillment center will pack your order and ship your package out as soon as possible. Once that’s done, you will receive a notification and tracking details via email.

Q: I ORDERED TWO PRODUCTS, BUT HAVE RECEIVED ONLY ONE. WHAT IS HAPPENING ? 

Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that the rugs do get shipped separately. If this does happen don’t stress - they usually arrive within a few days of each other.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?

At this stage we only ship to the following countries: United States and Canada.
If you would like to shop from a different location, please use the relevant TRC websites for your location.

Q: DO YOU PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY HARMFUL CHEMICALS?

None! They are completely safe for you and your whole family.
Our rugs are free from PFOAs, PFOS, Formaldehyde and APEO.
