It looks good, i got pad too. It took a long time to cut the pad to match the rug.It is worth it.

The only washable rug I have had before this is ruggable. If this rug washes up as nicely as ruggable does then Rug Collective has my complete loyalty! Love my ruggable so I don’t want to bash on that BUT the price quality and price point can’t be argued with! I love the textured look, feel, and material so much. I love that I can cut the felt pad to fit how I like and I LOVE how beautiful it looks in my living room. Fingers crossed it holds up but so far, five stars! May have ordered another one last night. 😂

I couldn’t resist this rug. I stalked it online for months and finally gave in… and I’m SO glad I did! The colors are beautiful and adds so much warmth to the room. Our family room happens to be the only way to walk into our home, so it sees a lot of traffic. I am loving the easy-wipe fabric so far. The only gripe I would have is that the pad was larger than the 9x12 rug so it had to be trimmed, and I do wish it was able to be attached to the rug so it didn’t slide around on the hard wood floor.
It’s a great rug, easy to keep clean.
The rug pad is thick enough that it is comfortable on the feet, however it has zero grip on the floor. Just walking across the rug moves it. We will need to add a rug stopper under this rug pad even though it has “grips” on the bottom.
Haven’t used it but what you see is what you get. Added protection for you hardwood floor

I am extremely happy with my purchase. Figaro, my dog, seems to be enchanted as well. I was positively surprised by the efficiency and speed of delivery. All my visitors notice this improvement in my living room. Finally, I must point out that the prices are reasonable (low) and that there is no reason to deprive yourself of this purchase. I already did a review…perhaps you did not receive it? I love the rug itself, but it has been five days or so since I put it down. It does not stick in anyway to the backing, but slides around. One edge will not lie flat, a d is sort of curled up about half an inch. It does not seem to be settling flat….what to do? Kinda disappointed. I want another one about the same size for the living room, but am hesitant because of the problem with this one Elaine Mayrhofer

Had to trim it.🙄 Too wide for the runner! And customer service is terrible at responding. There is no phone number to speak to a person, only email. I inquired about a pricing issue and even sent screen shots as requested but have yet to hear back!
Too big for the rug. It was supposed to be slightly smaller than the rug.
I was sent the wrong size pad for the rug I ordered. I emailed about it and have not had anyone contact me. The rug seems great but I can’t use it yet because it slides around like Bambi on an ice rink.

Ordered to go with the rug & it was too big ….. it was supposed to be the same size as the rug!! Tried to return the rug & the pad & no one ever responded to my email requesting return
The pads are not cut the same aa the rug. They were cut with uneven, in one area a raw edge and stick out from under the rug.
