30 day returns


We want you to love the products you buy from us. If you change your mind, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date you received it, no questions asked. Refunds are made in full (minus return shipping costs)

You will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to facilitate a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes the costs of shipping the item to you in the first place and the cost of shipping back to us.

Items returned must be in 'as-new' condition. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items. Please return items secured in their original packaging.

If you wish to start a return, please email us support@therugcollective.com to obtain an RMA # and instructions for your return. We'll email you the instructions for your return.

Once we recive the item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for processing your return and an additional 2-3 business days to receive your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
