How do I return my Rug Collective items? (US customers)

Help using our self-service returns portal:
Step 1: Log in to your account (you don't need an account on our website to request a return)
Step 2: Enter the email address used on order, and then click continue.
Step 3: Enter the six-digit verification code included in the email sent from our store.
Step 4: Select the order and items that you wish to return.
Step 5: Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Step 6: Click Request return.
If approved you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. The refund will be processed once product is returned and inspected.
Return eligibility
Return request approval is determined based on our return policy. Orders that do not meet the requirements will not be refunded.
Your request status may take 2-3 business days to be confirmed. If the request is not approved we will email you an explanation and help find another possible solution.
