Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?

A) Upon placing your order, please allow up to 48 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfillment center will pack your order and ship your package out as soon as possible. Once that’s done, you will receive a notification and tracking details via email.

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE ?

A) You can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 business days after dispatch through FedEx. All orders are currently shipped from Turkey.

Q: I ORDERED TWO PRODUCTS , BUT HAVE RECEIVED ONLY ONE .. WHAT HAPPENING ? 

A) Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that the rugs do get shipped separately. If this does happen don’t stress - they usually arrive within a few days of each other.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?

A)  At this stage we only ship to the following countries: United States and Canada.

Q: IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION? 

A) Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure that all your personal information will only be used upon the purchase of your product. Your details will then be purged.

Q: HOW DO I ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE ?

A) Add all the products you’d like into your cart using the Add to Cart button. Fill in your shipping and billing information, confirm your order and expect your order not too long after that!

Q: DOES THE RUG COLLECTIVE PROVIDE A QUALITY GUARANTEE FOR ALL THE PRODUCTS BEING SOLD? 

A) Absolutely! If you find that your brand new rug does not meet your expectations or that it is faulty, please email us immediately. We want our customers to have the best shopping experience.

Q: ARE DUTIES PAID?

A) Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

We ship to most locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

The following destinations are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis:

North America: USA

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for where you’re shipping to. After you have placed your order, we’ll email you to request your acceptance of these terms. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, contact your local customs.
