A.) Upon placing a your order , Please allow up to 48 hours to have your ordered processed . Our fulfillment centers pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible . Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification through support@therugcollective.co

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE ?

A) FAST! We us Fedex for all our shipping. You can expect to receive your orders in 3-5 days after dispatch.

Q: I ORDERED TWO PRODUCTS , BUT HAVE RECEIVED ONLY ONE .. WHAT HAPPENING ? 

Since we have a large assortment of product that are not stored in the same warehouse , It is possible that some products get shipped separately do not worry it is quite normal that you receive a few days the other .
