Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.5 / 5 from 33 reviews.
I ordered 3 runners for my kitchen. One of them was uneven on the end so I emailed the support team. They could not have been better at customer service. They were very friendly and responsive in replacing the defective runner. A+ rating for customer service. There’s a thread that became unraveled in one corner and I’m not sure what to do about that yet-maybe contact them again. Haven’t washed any yet so I’m not sure about how that will work. Overall I’m happy with the product but they need better quality control.
This rug exceeded my expectations! The colors make my kitchen cabinets pop. The quality is fantastic and the colors are muted enough not to be distracting. I have bought similar rugs from other lines but this one is, by far, my favorite! It is the most realistic looking vintage rug on the market in this price point. It looks like it costs thousands. Bonus is that it is machine washable!
As a interior designer I am always looking for quality as well as best price points for my clients. This rug exceeded all my expectations. I will be ordering more in the near future.
Beautiful rug, but too big for our area. Requested return, but haven't heard back yet.
Changing my review to 2 stars. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything about my request to return the rug.
I am so happy with this rug! It’s absolutely beautiful and the dogs have stayed away from it (which is miraculous on its own) but if something happens, knowing it’s washable is an added bonus.
This rug is beautiful, and exactly as pictured. However, I did follow the wash instructions exactly and the rug shrank about 5 inches. It was a lot! The pad underneath obviously no longer fit. They sent me a new rug free of charge, assuming it was defective. I am nervous to wash the new rug, hoping it won't shrink dramatically again. It also faded significantly but I want a distressed look so that didn't matter as much as the shrinkage did. I have 2 additional rugs in my home from the Rug Collective. Praying they all aren't "defective" and will shrink.
I have Two very long hall ways but I gave Dogs so need them washable. I was afraid of what they would look like at first in person. I open The box and was very pleased. Great material and quality and looks even better than the picture
