What is your warranty?

We want you to love your new rug! We proudly provide a one-year limited warranty on your new rug collective products to ensure they are free of faults in workmanship and materials.

This warranty is viable for a period of up to one-year from the date of delivery.

This warranty is non-transferable and valid for a period of up to one-year from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only when the product is used as intended, following cleaning instructions and under normal conditions. Any damage or defects caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unusual handling, or alterations are not covered. For details on what’s excluded, please review our full Terms and Conditions.

The Rug Collective may, at its discretion, provide a refund, replacement, or store credit for items that arrive damaged, at no additional cost to the customer. In cases involving minor flaws or damage—as assessed by The Rug Collective—a partial refund may be offered.

This warranty does not cover any defects reported more than one year after the product was delivered to the original purchaser. If an item is replaced under this limited warranty, the warranty coverage period will continue based on the original date of purchase.

The Rug Collective’s responsibility under this warranty is strictly limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the affected item. In no case will liability exceed the original purchase price. If a replacement is necessary and the exact item is unavailable, a product of comparable value will be provided. This warranty does not cover injuries, property damage, the removal or reinstallation of furnishings, or any indirect or incidental expenses related to the repair or replacement process.

This warranty excludes issues related to the serging or fringe of the product and does not cover damage resulting from typical or excessive wear, commercial usage, improper care, or any external factors not present at the time of purchase. Determination of material or manufacturing defects will be made by an Authorized Inspector appointed by The Rug Collective.
