With over 25 years of experience in the rug industry, the founder of The Rug Collective, Bilal Tahmazoglu brings his expertise to the team in making sure that our rugs are manufactured to the highest of standards for your home. He regularly travels the world to various different countries to ensure that we are using the safest and best quality products in our area rugs.
Faiaz Seddiq, co-founder of The Rug Collective is responsible for ensuring that TRC stays at the forefront, implementing strategy and managing execution. With over a decade of experience in the eCommerce space, his focus is driving growth across all global regions, expanding into new markets. Faiaz lives and breathes strategic growth.
Liam and Olivia work in styling and design to create the designs that you have grown to love and would love to see in your home. From choosing the colors to picking out all of our intricate and stylish designs, Liam and Olivia have got your floor and decor covered!
Betul is our experienced in-house photographer. With over 6 years of experience, she is in charge of helping you see all the beautiful detail in all of our wipe-clean, washable rugs.
Zeynep is our marketing coordinator and looks after our social media channels. If you have ever needed to reach out via instagram or facebook, chances are she has been the one to help you out!
