Great quality and colors are true to the photos online. It is even softer than I thought it would be which is awesome for a nursery. The rug pad is a bit larger than the rug itself, but definitely recommend the rug pad to add some extra cushion. Absolutely would purchase from here again.
Love the design of this rug! It’s fairly thin (hence it being washable) so if you want a cushy feel as you walk you need to get the rug pad.
I really wanted to love this rug..and I do love the style but it’s less than a month old and it is stretching out like CRAZY and will NOT lay flat on the edges. Feels cheap to be honest. I have several other rugs from rug collective that I LOVE but this one (and of course is the largest and most expensive one I have purchased from them 🤦♀️) is not meeting my expectations. I would exchange but their return policy is also lacking..

This rug works perfectly in our great room. The colors work perfectly with the stone fireplace. Also, my 3 tear old already dropped spaghetti sauce on the rug and I was able to clean it up no problem! If you like this style of rug, don't hesitate. Just get it.

Love this rug! Matches perfectly to our couch. The mix of greys, cream, and blush lets me change up the decor easily. It’s soft and vacuums up well. We even tried spilling water on it and it really does bead up. Definitely will be getting additional rugs soon!
The rug is gorgeous! The colors are exactly what I wanted. The only negative aspect is the thinness of the rug. I do have a rug mat underneath, but still very thin. It also must be secured with double sided tape as my kids keep tripping on the edges.
I love my rug! So far it’s been very easy to clean which is important with foster dogs coming in and out of our home!

I would like to return this item and I reached out the day after delivery and no one has gotten back to me
I have sent 2 emails regarding my dissatisfaction with the recently purchased rug. The pad and the rug were different sizes, I had to wash the rug and it shrunk almost 3". The rug is now already coming apart and the threads are coming out of the rug. The quality of this rug is terrible and I sent an email regarding this and have got no response. I would like a refund for this rug and instruction on how to return it or show the issues to get a full refund.
I have entered in a request to return the rug. Not great quality and not pictured accurately. I have yet to hear back on how to process the return.

I order these rugs and they are not what I expected. They slide very easy on my floor and as a 77 year old widow does not work for me. I contacted them twice requesting a return and heard nothing. They say they refund if you are not satisfied but apparently that is not true. I would never recommend this company.
It was packaged very nicely, colors are true to description and price was very reasonable.

The rug is everything I wanted: very natural looking, completely liquid repellent. I dropped a full 20 oz mug of iced coffee on it the first week, and loved how easy the cleanup was. I also dropped a hot "nail" on it (a piece of quartz glass heated to 400 degrees) and was very pleased to see that there was no melting of any kind. I had figured that these would feel plastic-like with the way they are waterproof, but instead it is very soft, like a well worn piece of clothing. My one and only con on these is that they aren't at all thick, and so don't feel as nice to the feet as some others. But if that's not a concern, this is the place. Got a killer sale price on it too. 100% positive experience.
Beautiful rug
Excellent quality, this pattern is a little more beige than thought but top notch. With 3 dogs its what I needed. Wish there was solid colors and some more modern prints Will be ordering more. I also got your felt underpad which is also excellent quality!
This is a very pretty rug. However, there is a hint of light blue in it. Service was great and it arrived as scheduled.
I haven't needed to wash it yet, but love it so far! Exactly as shown in pics on website!
I cannot believe how much I love this rug. I got it because the colors seemed nice, but after the purchase I discovered two things: 1. Their customer service is amazing (I ordered the wrong size and needed to exchange it), and 2. The rug looks even better in person and actually holds up to the claim that you can spill on it, and the spill just wipes away. AMAZING.
Great rug! Love the design. Nice accent to the room and just what I was looking for in terms of pile height, its a flat rug and easy to maintain. I plan on purchasing more for the other rooms in the house.
