Overall rating: 3.1 / 5 from 11 reviews.
This is the exact rug I’ve been looking for. The only thing I wish it did was come in a square (like 7x7 or 8x8). It’s a bit thin so I had to purchase a non-slip pad to put underneath but other than that, it’s perfect! Very high quality rug too- amazing price for such a great rug.
This rug was so nice and the colors were beautiful. Unfortunately it didn’t work for my living room because of furniture.
Horrible quality, felt like jute, creases never went away
Hard to get the folds out from shipping
Trying to return, poor quality, still haven’t gotten response
Return it!
I like the rug. BUT your company is way TOO difficult to do business with. Zero customer service. Expensive and punitive to return an item. I’m still waiting after five days for return authorization!!! IMO, no way to encourage return business. I’ll be looking elsewhere.
Washed my rug per their instructions, even hung dry and it shrunk over 6 inches. I can't use is under my table anymore because the size is so small. Contacted customer service and they will not respond. I will never purchase a rug from them. BBB ratings are a D-. Find another company!
So pretty and soft. It's perfect where we have it in the kitchen.
Beautiful rug! The only thing is they are very thin. You definitely need an under pad for them. But worth it!
